FOFA #256 - Openly Clay - 03.22.07

Podcast
"Quarter turns! Quater turns!"
Everyone asks us on what episode the hilairous phrase "Quarter Turns" came from and just WHAT does it mean?

Well lovely and loyal Feast of Fools listeners, today we revisit a Classic Feast of Fools Podcast "Openly Clay" where the phrase "Quarter Turns" was forged from the heat of passion. Listen and find out!

[Originally posted on February 28, 2006.]

Victoria Lamarr and Marc Felion put their comedic skills and their southern accents to work to recreate the infamous recent Clay Aiken alledged sex scandal. This little sketch is based on details that Jon Paulus, the man who claims to be holding Clay Aiken's cumrag, has given to the press.

What happened on that infamous first date when Clay met John? Listen and find out.

Lots of magic moments with Garageband 3, sound effects, and the ability of mind to imagine the sound of rain to transform into the sound of a hot skillet. V-marr squeals in delight with all the new bells and whistles.

We also discuss some freaky news about urine filled dildos, George Michael gets arrested again and a man who marries a goat!

FOFA #330 - Can We All Just Get Along? - 03.13.07

Podcast
A heated conversation
builds around a fan Timmy Gilmore's letter about being hated because you look gay. I've always felt that the biggest obstacle gay people face is other gay people.

This lead us to talk about the nature of conflict and dramatization, and how it's inevitable. Whats avoidable is how we deal with conflict and how we overcome our differences.

Lots of talk about conflict in everyday life and in the political spectrum, and why Amanda Steinstein should be in the Alivn Ailey dance company. They have white people dancing with them now.

What would you do for $10,000 dollars? What's the most humiliating or unlikely behavior you will do for ten "G"s?

Marc does a lot of window shopping as he eyes the guys walking down the street. He tries to find one for Amanda but darn is she picky!

Lots of talk about circumcision. A divorced couple is arguing in court about wether to circumcise their kid or not. Why won't people just leave their dicks alone? Well, because they're fun to play with, but do we really need to take a foreskin to court?

We talk about the Michael L. Jackson trial which is getting under way and other crazy stories of people gone mad- like the man who attacked Amanda, the man who attacked a family at a shopping mall and the people that attacked Kevin Avaince and oh, Madonna shopping at H&M.

The podcast that does more "Quarter Turns" than a vending machine- the Feast of Fools!

FOFA #274 - What a Crappy Week - 03.12.07

Podcast
People, we have not had a good week here on the Feast of Fools!
Today Miss Ronnie comes over to share the bad news of general gloom and doom in the world today and in our own lives.

The war is still going on, wasting millions of dollars and lives, the economy is shit, Miss Ronnie got a C+ on her exam, Elvis is dead, and Marc's not feeling that good himself.

We were at the gym doing squats, trying to get buffed when Marc seemed to have a panic attack, his heart beating quickly and furriously. (He's okay now, thank you.)

Listen today as Marc, Ronnie and Fausto chat about Beards making a fashion comeback, hot guys on our Frappr map, celebrities that will not die, and Texas cops arresting people in BARS for being drunk.

To make everyone feel better picture to the right is Scott Madsen the original Soloflex Poster boy who's ad campaign launched a whole new way of looking at the male body in advertising. He was the subject of many a gay teen fantasies (he certainly was mine.)

We don't make this stuff up... well at least most of it.

On today's show our nightclub performer in residence Sal-E comes over to recap the Market Days Weekend fun, Janet Jackson's new nudie pics, smacking your lips, bar fights in China and why George Michael doesn't really care what you think about him, especially if you're a heterosexual woman.

I wonder what he thinks gay men think about him?

FOF #379 - When Hal Met Fred - 03.08.07

Podcast
Why do male computer voices sound gay?
Is it their nasal superiority, their stoicism, or their crazy synthesized lisps that make them so?

On today's show Marc and I recreate two of the most famous computer voices- "Hal" from the film 2001: A Space Odyssey and "Fred," Apple Computers MacInTalk Speech synthesized voice. We hook them up online with HILARIOUS RESULTS.

See our podcast really will make your iPod go gay.

Listen to the internet's favorite gay couple as we talk about how computers are being used to write jokes for children (they aren't that funny so don't get too excited), guys with two cocks, genetic pre-dispositions to surviving plagues, and whale vomit (and why it's so valuable.)

Whale vomit? Eeeew. Yes whale vomit.

FOFA #332 - Cock Soup for the Soul - 03.07.07

Podcast
We were just relaxing, soaking in the ol' jacuzzi
when our agent and gal pal Amanda Sylvia Steinstein dropped by to deliver the bad news that she might be going to jail.

It seems that sweet little Miss S. has had a horrible traffic ticket that has somehow escalated into a misdemeanor, and she's all upset that she might have to serve time in prison in Bumpkinville. Poor Amanda! Fortunately Amanda has a wonderful father who surprises us all with a phone call. Did the apple fall far from the tree? You decide.

Meanwhile, Marc is all excited about some "Cock Flavoured Soup" that he found at the local Mexican grocery store. Pictured to the right is Marc hold the soup packet close to his crotch. And in case you were wondering, there is a "Cock Soup for the Soul" book as well. You can buy in from Amazon.com by clicking here.

We also talk a lot about dealing with the law, scary Russian clowns, candy, Beyoncé getting her ass whipped by PETA and the results of eating fish n' chips for your entire life.

Thanks to Mike Hipp from Soy Candles by Phebes who sent us a huge box of crazy candles and candy! Be a pal and buy a soy candle from him. Mike has a hot twin that he does not fuck. So pity him and buy some candles.

W.W.J.G.D.? What Would Jake Gyllenhaal Do? He'd download the Feast of Fools podcast, of course. And get himself a Feast of Fools t-shirt too!

FOFA #392 - 15 Hours For This!?! - 03.06.07

Podcast
Does size matter?
Marc and I don't seem to think it's important as it is to Ronnie. I think size is relative. Big things appear small to big people and small things appear big to little people.

It seems like a man in China was the recipient of the world's first penis transplant, and his body didn't rejected it, his MIND did.

Listen as Miss Ronnie, Marc and I talk about the benefits of keeping an open mind, Clay Aiken possible coming out, and the world's first penis implant.

FOFA #85 - The Power of Glitter - 11.24.06

Podcast
Way ahead of his time,
George Harris Jr. better known as Hibiscus was in the forefront of the gay liberation movement and a pioneer in theater as well. Today we repost an interview with director and documentary filmmaker David Weissman about his film concerning the Cockettes.

[Originally posted on June 7, 2005.]

Today's show features an interview with David Weissman, co-director and producer of the feature-length documentary "Cockettes." We talked about the famous hippie drag queens from the 60's and 70's, like Hibiscus, who changed the world with their outlandish shows and forever made glitter a permanent make-up tool for any serious diva.

Here at the Feast of Fools, we salute those brave folks who dared to be outrageously fabulous! We consider Hibiscus not just a sort of queer ancestor, but a forerunner in many ways to what we do today on the Feast of Fools podcast.

FOFA #269 - Gift of the Gay Guy - 11.23.06

Podcast
Looking back on all the shows
this one just seems to pop into mind when we think of Thanksgiving. Enjoy!

[Originally posted on December 15, 2005.]

Nobody can seem to figure out why Mike Hipp sent Miss Ronnie an umbrella for Christmas. Join us as we open presents sent to us mostly from Mike Hipp, the only journalist who dedicates his work to covering gay themed podcasts.

On this show, Amanda Steinstein and Miss Ronnie team up their estrogen powers and almost take over the show as the discussion gets heated up on the death penalty, abortion, gun control, death and taxes. Plus a special suprise phone call from our European correspondent George Grant!

We even squeeze in a conversation about a loveable chilean-born two-headed turtle that managed to gross out Miss Ronnie and spark outrage with Amanda Steinstein. I think the turtle is kind of cute.

Lots of fruits and nuts in every bite of the Feast of Fools.

FOFA #269 - Levi Kreis Bares His Soul - 11.22.06

Podcast
The holiday season,
because it's tied to religious activities can be both a great source for joy and pain for many people, especially gay men. Today we look back at another classic show where we talked to the remarkable singer/songwriter Levi Kreis about his music career and the reconciliation of his religion with his sexuality.

[Originally posted on March 17, 2006.]

Levi Kreis is nice. A childhood musical prodigy, his parents were blown away when at the tender young age of six he learned to play "Pomp and Circumstance" after coming home from his kindergarten graduation.

Levi spent most of his life honing his fine singing voice and musical skills, as well as dealing with being a gay man. It wasn't easy for him. In junior high he secretly went to Exodus Ministries, hoping they would be able to "cure" him of being gay. When he came out in college, he was kicked out of his dorm room and lost a lucrative recording contract with a Christian music label.

Levi's story has a happy ending. Nowdays Levi travels with his good pal Eric Himan around playing their catchy acoustic music in venues all around the nation. He's out and proud and rocking out!

Levi helped compose the theme music for the show "Southern Baptist Sissies" and has his first single "I Should Go" in rotation on scattered radio stations throughout the country, and it was selected to be the theme song for the long-awaited reuniting of two characters on NBC's "Days of Our Lives." Soon after, CBS's "Young and the Restless" (or Y&R for you soap-addicts) debuted another track off Levi's album entitled "Hardly A Hero."

We'd like to think that Levi is a modern day, sexy, non-cheesy version of the 80's crooner Christopher Cross.

Listen to our in-depth interview with Levi Kreis, a deeply passionate, soulful and sensual man - it's no coincidence that this show's number is TWO-SIX-NINE! (As comedy legend Frank Nelson would say: "Oh yes.")

Rock and roll all night and party every day with the Feast of Fools.

FOFA #128 - You Better Work - 11.21.06

Podcast
We really do love Ru-Paul.
Today we dust off an old chestnut and no, not RuPaul s-himself, but one of our earliest shows from waaay back in 2005. This phony crank call got many people speculating weather the Supermodel known as RuPaul really was suffering from manic depression. Was this all a ruse?

With respect and apologies to the "little black girl from the brewster projects" we re-post this classic Feast of Fools podcast with Berbacia Clemmons playing the role RuPaul.

[Originally Posted on August 8, 2005.]

On todays show, Fausto and Marc pay a suprise phone call to the "little girl from the Brewster Projects" who in the early 90's skyrocketed to the top of the charts with her hit song "Supermodel" -Ru Paul Charles.

Unfortunately, we got a little more than we bargained for, since RuPaul was a handfull on the phone.

PLUS: New info reveals that Marilyn Monroe had a lesbian affair with Joan Crawford, controversy over minstrel drag queens, and Dwayne Speaks finally makes it to Seattle, Washingon.

This was Amanda Steinstein's second
(and very VERY memorable) foray into podcasting. We (correctly) assumed the goverment was listening in our conversations, and in order to get their attention (and google's) we figured we'd say the keywords "terrorism" and "puppies" over and over again.

Listen to Amanda's interpretation of recently discovered ancient lesbian poetry, our recap on President Bush's fear-mongering speech (which mentions the word terrorism 34 times), Canadian Gay Marriages, and why robots are so sexy.

FOFA #238 - The Truth in Drag - 10.02.06

Podcast
Josh Kilmer-Purcell led a double life in New York City in the 1990's.
During the day he worked as an art director for a major advertising agency. At night, he wore a pair of acrylic breasts filled with water and live goldfish and under the name Aquadesia.

Also known as Aqua, she/he worked the audience with Miss Understood at Lucky Chang's, a popular drag-entertainment Asian restaurant in New York City. Aqua won many contests, but the wild thing about her life is the excess of her existence-booze, drugs, hooker parties, bondage freaks and a hustler boyfriend.

On the right is a Wigstock publicity photo of Josh Kilmer-Purcell as Aqua. Note the live goldfish in his costume.

On todays show we discuss his new book "I Am Not Myself These Days: A Memoir." Josh's book is tale of being in love with the wrong man in the wrong way. This troublesome romance starts in a drunken mess and ends, well... we don't want to give it away so you will have to read it to find out!

In Josh Kilmer-Purcell's memoir you might see the influence of his good friend James Frey, author of the highly debated book on everyone's lips: "A Million Little Pieces." Listen to Josh speak candidly about the "frey over Frey" in the publishing world, the ramification it presents to his own book, and Oprah's reaction to Frey's missteps. Thanks to our good friend Ms. Slocum for introducing us to this wonderful author.

FOFA #150 - Being at Ground Zero - 09.11.06

Podcast
Imagine being late to work
one morning and noticing that two airplanes are crashing into the World Trade Center in front of you. What would you do? Would you run towards it in fascination or run away from it to safety?

Listen to our conversation with videographer and performance artist Kerthy Fix about her first-hand experience of the events on September 11, 2001 in New York City.

Kerthy talked about the emotional power she felt as she witnessed thousands of people dying and others fleeing for their lives at a single moment in time.

FOFA #167 - Shopping at Macy Gray's - 07.12.06

Podcast
WHERE IS RONNIE? Although we haven't heard of or seen Miss Ronnie
in months, we still think fondly of her and wonder how she's doing. (Give us a call soon, will ya?)

Today we revisit the VERY FIRST Feast of Fools podcast episode that featured Miss Ronnie. We had just run into her at a local restaurant, and I remembered her from Clarks on Clark as this sassy, loudmouthed, hysterially funny woman who commanded a presecnce at the bar. I said to her "I'm going to make you a star one day." And what a shining star she is.

While we investigate where MIss Ronnie has gone to, we're been busy this week trying to find someone to fill the aching hole in our hearts she's left behind.

Stay tuned later this week to hear our Miss Ronnie auditions.

[Originally posted on October 10, 2005.]

The lovely Miss Ronnie, a local neighborhood gal pal of ours used to work for a local casting agency in Chicago where she got to meet tons of B-list celebrities.

One of our favorite stories is how she got to 'light up' with Macy Gray in a bathroom and then later got to ask singer David Bowie for an autograph. Listen to today's show to find out what David said to Ronnie.

So much trash talk on celebrities, you'd think we were hanging with Kathy Griffin! Today we exhaustively talked about Tom Cruise's need for two toilets on the set. (just WHO is this man's publicist?) and 50-Cent's public relations disaster where he had to allegedly beat children to get the money he gave away to them back.

FOFA #300 - A Look Inside Margaret Cho - 07.11.06

Podcast
The Gay Games finally brings thousands of hot athelets to try for their personal best in the Windy City of Chicago.
Along with all the mayem, excitement and buzz, the town is prepping for a deluge of queer atheletes and queer-friendly celebrities.

Among the finest and the sharpest is comedian Margaret Cho, who earlier in May took time off her busy tour schedule to talk in-depth about her comedy, controversy, and why she thought it would be funny to say that First Lady Laura Bush's vagina tastes like lysol.

The fascinating thing we found out later, is that Lysol disinfectant was in fact marketed to women in the 1960's as a personal hygene product. Sometimes folks, the truth is stranger than fiction, and it comes with a lovely pine-fresh scent!

[Originally posted on May 1, 2005.]

Comedy heroine and freedom fighter Margaret Cho joins us today in an exclusive podcast interview to celebrate the 300th episode of the Feast of Fools podcast. Happy May Day!

Born in the late 60's in San Francisco, Margaret Cho grew up in a counter-cultural atmosphere that helped shape her comedic sensiblities.

In the mid-90's she joined the ranks of comedians (Ellen DeGeneres, Tim Allen, Jerry Seinfeld, Rosanne and Drew Carey) that have had their acts turned into a sitcom when ABC televsion decided to have her star on the sitcom "All American Girl."

The behind-the-scenes conflict with tv excecutives over ethinc identity and her body plus problems with poor ratings left this critically acclaimed program canceled after it's first year.

Not to be daunted, Margaret Cho returned to the national spotlight with her off-broadway hit show "I'm The One That I Want" about her experiences on the tv show.

In 2003 she embarked on a sold-out national tour of her show "Revolution" of which the CD was nominated for a Grammy for best comedy album of the year for 2003. She also won a "Worst Dressed" award for the dress she wore to the awards ceremony.

Not a person to shy away from controversy, her comments about the Bush administration at a Moveon.org political rally (where she said "Laura Bush's pussy tastes like Lysol") made her the focus of an intense conservative backlash.

Laughing all the way to the bank, Maraget Cho now holds the distinction of having the feature film of her off-broadway show brake records for grossing more per print than any film in history ($1.4 million with only nine prints).

Margaret Cho returns to Chicago on Sunday July 16th to the Chicago Theater to perform a new show "Freedom ‘06." Click here to buy your tickets in advance.

Listen to this remarkable outspoken woman talk candidly about politics, shyness, family, career and sexuality on the 300th show of the Feast of Fools podcast.

FOFA #213 - That's Why the Lady is a Tramp - 07.07.06

Podcast
Even though we poke a lot of fun at Lady Bunny,
we hold her in high regard as gay entertainment legend. Listen to this in-depth interview with the Bunny herself where she explains how she comes up with her material, why she dresses the way she does and why her mamma is so gosh darn proud of her son/daughter.

[Originally posted on December 20, 2005.]

Subversive and perversive,THE Lady Bunny joins us today to talk about her debut DVD "X-Rated: For X-tra Retarded" a video collection of her greatest hits from her nightclub comedy act.

Originally born in Chattanooga Tennessee, Lady Buny first moved to Atlanta Georgia to go to Georgia State University and then in the 1980's moved to New York City to become part of a vibrant community of drag performers.

Lady Bunny's probably best known for organizing and founding the New York City Outdoor Drag Festival Wigstock, which in 1995 became the subject of a documentary "Wigstock The Movie" directed by Barry Shills.

In addition to emceeing the annual Wigstock event for over 20 years she's a well known DJ, promoter, and comedian.

Her blog on her web site, ladybunny.net, is a sharp, politically aware and at times loopy take on current affairs and cultural issues and recently featured a photo of herself next to Jeff Stryker's penis, which claims to be one of the largest penises in the world. And from the looks of it, I dont doubt it!

Llisten to Lady Bunny talk about Pamela Anderson and the Comedy Central Roast, the politics of drag and her former roommate RuPaul, and her mother Lady Becky, who threatens to run onto the stage and steal the show with her tambourine. Wouldn't that be a sight!

Visit Lady Bunny's website and buy "X-Rated: For X-tra Retarded"

Also a lovely holiday present, the Feast of Fools 2006 Calendar.

FOFA #256 - Openly Clay - 07.06.06

FOFA #102 - Keywords: Terrorism, Puppies - 06.13.06

Podcast
Today we post a classic Feast of Fools podcast epsiode
recorded almost one year ago exactly with Amanda Steinstein on June 30, 2005.

One year later, Bush is still fear-mongering, the goverment is still spying on you, and lesbian poetry is still as archaic as it always has been.

One would think the more things change the more they stay the same, however the good news is that our production values today are much much better, and Bush's approval rating was around 50%, a year later it is under 30%.

FOF Archive - Riding Rosie - 05.24.06

Podcast
We've been busy
trying to get ready for the Apple Store event on Saturday, so please enjoy this classic Feast of Fools episode: "Riding Rosie."

One of our most requested shows, "Riding Rosie" was originally posted May 5, 2005.

Listen to our play by play coverage of Rosie O'Donnell's triumphant return to television, as she plays an autistic woman who's father dies and needs her uptight sister (played by Andie McDowell) to take care of her and reconcile their differences (fat/skinny, rich/poor, straight/gay, vanilla/freaky, ikea/michaels arts and crafts)

Also, Victoria Lamarr talks about her theatrical troupe, Scrap Mettle Soul, a theater company composed mostly of the mentally and physically disabled, as well as several homeless people. What a gay podcast!

The revolution will not be televised, but it's now available for download FREE on iTunes Music Store in the form of the Feast of Fools podcast.

FOFA #89 - Rocking Out and Proud - 12.02.05

Podcast
What lesbian joke did Lea Delaria tell Marc and Fausto one fine summer day in Chicago?
Check out this classic podcast as we went backstage at the Out Music Awards in Chicago to talk to some of the biggest names in queer rock n' roll.

Listen to the hilarious lesbian Lea Delaria talk about her recent tiff with Gay Republicans in Palm Springs. Listen to the ORIGINAL Village People cowboy Randy Jones talk about his character being killed on the Simpsons TV show (they drown them in the Navy) and why he sang at President Bush's inaguration, and of course the sexy and charming Rachel Sage, Justin Tranter, June Millington, and the legendary Gaye Adegbalola. One and a-half hours of pure podcasting gold!

FOFA #109 - Hookin' in the Hospital - 12.01.05

Podcast
In many ways the Victoria Lamarr Show video podcast
owes a lot to the overwhelming generosity of donations that came in from fans when our sweet Victoria Lamarr had been in the hospital recovering from AIDS complications (she had Spinal Menengitis.)

Listen to our tragically beautiful V-Mar as she talks about her good nurses, evil nurses, her sexy doctor's sexual ambiguity, and why she is so resilient through all her illnesses.

Because of the donations we received, we were able to buy V-Marr a refurbished iMac G5 and she's been able to tape her wacky shows at home. Stay tuned cause we have some special movies coming your way!

FOFA #153 - Put a Tiger in Your Tank - 11.30.05

Podcast
Equally sexy as the models to our right, our caramel-voiced European correspondent George Grant
literally dropped from the sky and into our hearts, minds, and other parts of our bodies.

Probably the sexiest person involved with the Feast of Fools, listen to George Grant on this vintage episode as he reports on fashion trends that will inevitably affect us all (well "us" meaning gay white men, the rest of you are safe). Baseball caps as code, REALLY Low-Riser jeans (so low they show hair-pie) and stores so minimalist, you'd think they were simply out of inventory and furniture.

Amanda Steinstein once agains joins Marc and Fausto to talk about a German inventor who has found a way to take animals and convert them into gas. Soilent Green is People! Gasohol is Pets!

Also, Amanda shares a secret that Andrew Lloyd Webber might have suffered from cryptomnesia when he wrote the song "Memory" in the musical "Cats." She thinks the melody sounds an awful lot like the instrumental from the Mamas and the Papas' song "California Dreamin'". Coincidence? You decide.

One of my pesonal favorite shows! Originally posted on Sept. 15, 2005.

FOFA #106 - Screwy Stars and Mermaids - 11.29.05

Podcast
Our very first correspondent, John Q. Sanchez
reported from the Mermaid parade with his gal pal Val Wang back in July of this past year. If it weren't for John, we probably would never have George Grant, Miss Understood, or Amnesia Sparkles in our lives and in the show. Thanks John Q!

For this segment, John & friends including Val Wang and Brian Funk went to Brooklyn's Coney Island, for the annual Mermaid Parade, a glamorous yet rag-tag affair celebrating costumes, carnival, mermaids, sailors, creative nudity, freaks, fried food, outdoor drinking, and almost everything else.

Check out the heated leter from an angry fan, the Darwin Awards, and our trash talking about Celine Dion.

FOFA #73 - Star Warscast, Episode I - 11.28.05

Podcast
On the opening day of the last Star Wars movie that will ever be made
(according to George Lucas in an interview) Marc and Fausto went to check out the fab film and talk to the die-hard fans about the "Passion of the Zeitgeist" - why these movies have been so popular over generations, why anybody cares in 2005, and why everyone wants to wear such outlandish costumes.

These aren't just sci-fi drag queens like us folks. As you'll hear from the interviews, a lot of the die-hard Star Wars fans we interviewed for this podcast were folks from all walks of life, even Latino/Hispanic fans like me!

Check out the ending of this classic Feast of Fools podcast for the Spanish equivalents of popular Star Wars characters/slogans: R2D2 (Sounds like Arturito which literally means Little Arthur), C3PO (the letters P and O mean fart in spanish), Han Solo/Han Cholo, and other delicious jokes only me and Latin Gay divas like Amnesia Sparkles will get.

FOFA - #165 - Eat Your Makeup - 11.24.05

Podcast
Miss Understood is just one of those fabulous people who listens to our show every single day
while she's putting on her makeup to get ready to do her shows in New York City.

We adore talking to Miss U. whenever we can, so what better way to celebrate Thanksgiving today than by replaying our of our favorites shows with her. I don't know WHY it seems fitting, but it does.

We talk about in detail all the makeup techniques you'll need to be a fabulous Big Apple Drag Queen like Miss Understood.

FOFA - #65 - El Rey del Rock & Roll - 11.23.05

Podcast
Mother's Day in November?
Why not! If we can celebrate Christmas in July why not celebrate the springtime holidays in the fall when we need some warmth, sunshine and motherly love.

Originally posted on May 9, 2005, this classic Feast of Fools podcast features a backstage conversation with El Vez, the Mexican Elvis. We talked to Mr. Vez right after his Cinco de Mayo (Mexican Independence Day) show.

El Vez is just a tad more famous these days, as you can find him singing his hit song "Feliz Navidad" at Starbucks on Elton John's Christmas Party Album. ¡Felicidades El Vez!

This is the show where we met the men who's music we use as our theme song, the fabulous band known as Baby Teeth.

This is why it's so important to step out of the house every now and then, because you never know who you are going to meet and how it will profoundly affect your life for the better in the future.
