FOF #374 - Don't Sell Me No Crazy - 08.24.06

Podcast
Madge is nuts.
I know what you're thinking... so what's new? Nuclear waste, that's what's new!

What you talking 'bout Fausto? The the former material girl turned British Jewish Mystic has been hard at work lobbying 9 3/4 Downing Street and raising awareness for the scourge of nuclear waste.

"I mean, one of the biggest problems that exists right now in the world is nuclear waste... That's something I've been involved with for a while with a group of scientists - finding a way to neutralize radiation."

Does this mean we'll be seeing Aunt Esther sporting a lab coat and protective goggles during her next concert tour? Just HOW does she propose dealing with nuclear waste? Why using Kabbalah branded holy water of course! I guess Kabbalah Snake oil is next. You can even buy the stuff on Amazon. (Check out the ZShops there.)

We all appreciate Madonna's desires to make the world a better place, we recommend the RADIOACTIVE material girl buy up all the copies of her last film "Swept Away" and figure out how not to put them into the nations landfills. Talk about a biohazard.

Sell us your movies, sell us your music, hell even sell us your children's books, but please don't sell us that kind of crazy.

The podcast that is crazy, but not THAT crazy- the Feast of Fools.

Damn funny show. Miss Ronnie rocks.

The "Are you gay" guy was just saying this to distract you to get what he wants. It's the old picpocketing technique.

What do G Bush Jr. and FOF podcasters have in common? They both say NU-KU-LAR... instead of NU-CLEE-AR...

Amen Ms. Ronnie. I totally agree about using HIV/AIDS for these party excuses. I was right there with you on my soapbox, yelling the whole time. I'm so glad you all talk about these things on the show. I think sometimes people are too scared or too worried about pissing someone off, or whatever... but it needs to be talked about. Thanks guys and girl ;)

You could have bashed Madonna the whole show as far as I'm concerned. Awesome job, guys. But, OMG, your mom just totally schooled you!

I think it may have been last episode (listened this morning so I am not sure), but what you said about redheads is totally true. I've been with one for 4 years now and seriously I CANNOT KEEP UP. He's is just 24/7. I'm spent. Approach all redheads with caution.

I was hoping that Madge's plan for nuclear clean up would involve somehow destroying every existing copy of that horrid Swept Away film.

Forcing pregnant women to sit through that thing causes massive social defects in unborn children. Madge's film work is way more dangerous than Kim Jon Il right now.

by the way, love the two day combo of Ronnie on Madge and Whitney. more more more!

FEAST OF FOOLS PREDICTS THE FUTURE...

So I was catching up with a show I missed while preparing my award winning bruschetta and oddly enough:

On FOF#344 dated 7-13-06 the lovely Amanda was working a question about Robin Williams and his issues with meds/drugs and shortly after Flaming Blue comes up with a screwey Jon Benet ref. Who talks about those two out of the blue? (no pun)

Next ep on the iPod is today's with Ronnie introducing "Robin Williams and his rehab" and Jon Benet is frighteningly all over the news for the 10th day in a row! hmmm Coincidence? I think not! ja ja ;)

Love the show as always, you guys are as fresh as ever.

xo,

A.

These last two shows are up high on my list of "Favorite Shows Ever." Laugh-out-loud HYSTERICAL one minute, and absolutely touching the next... and magic every single moment. The "Visualize the cure for AIDS" part really hit me. I am visualizing. Let's make it happen. Love all 3 of you. xoxo

Madonna may have grown up in Detroit, but Bay City can claim its fame as her birthplace. My partner showed me the house where her grandmother used to live. Unfortunately, it does not have a monument on it.

I live in South Africa, and I ain't never heard of Bama Bama even being here, never mind taking an HIV test!

I love you Miss Ronnie! You can come invade the oval office of the Union Buildings and be our president anyday!

Congrats on winning the Peoples Choice Award, I only started listening to your podcast around the time you won! Keep up the good work!
