Thanks for the great stroll down memory lane. I have been going through all the episodes available on iTunes over the last few weeks, and it has been a great time. You guys are the best and you inspire many people. In fact, you are the reason I want to do my own podcast! Keep on doing the great work, and I'll keep on listening!

One for the podcast time-capsule! If there ever was a show one should use to introduce someone to FoF - this would be it. Tell me, Fausto, do you keep a running "greatest hits" collection or did you have to sit down and sift through all your shows recently?
Keep up the great work!

Thanks for the memories and repeated laughter on the train to work! You all have given me so much I now owe you!
I've got new music (Jen Zias, Andy Moore, Eric Himan), a new fabu-blue shirt, and new friends on my Frappr!
I'm really looking forward to meeting you all in person soon!

You ever see that move about Motzart with Tom Hulce? I think I figured it all out -- Feast of Fools is like hanging out with those people with whom Wolfy wrote "The Magic Flute"
This show reaffirmed why I listen early and listen often.
Thank you for the shows Fausto Amadeaus Marczart!

Hey Eric- This show was an enormous amount of work to put together, mostly because we're not equipped to make "clips" shows (we use ProTools). Currently we're saving up money to migrate over to Logic Audio (which easily allows these types of "flashbacks") but it's all a learning curve and we certainly have a lot of learning to do and t-shirts to push!
You all have gotten your blue Feast of Fools t-shirt, havent you? :)
Mike– Well all I can say is I hope the "Salieri" out there arent plotting my untimely demise!
It was really hard to figure out what to put in this clips show (besides the big celebrities) we omitted a couple of them, since there wasnt any time. I always think the magic is in the chemistry between all of us. Without friends where would we all be?
I had such a good time at our last Meet N' Greet that we're going to do one again very VERY soon at a MAJOR venue. Where at? Guess! We're even doing a contest! Listen to the show for details...

i was just thinking the other day how great it would be if you would do a "year in highlights" show. excellent way to introduce people to the FOF. I played the Terri Garr episode for pOps over the weekend. I love her.
my former BF was a writer and friends with Christopher Isherwood and Don Bacardi. We used to go over to their place a lot and Terri Garr was always around. She was good friends with Don. I was always the young one in that set! that was 20 years ago! Goodness!!

Well, it was seamless and very professional and you should be very proud - the show just gets better and better! And I'm really looking forward to hearing about your next meet n' greet...

A great show that reminds us of the wit and wisdom that has always been the Feast of Fools. Thanks for all your hard work to remind us of some of the best moments of your shows.

Fausto,
How does ProTools compare to Audacity? That is what I am currently using (I am on a Windows platform), and I am liking it so far.
I also agree that the editing sounded fine. After just doing my pilot episode, I have gained a new respect for what you guys do.

Love the "year in highlights" show. Especially the Terri Garr episode. My former BF and I used to visit Christopher Isherwood and Don Bachardi back in the early 80s. Terri Garr was there a lot. She was good friends with Don. I was always the "young one" of that set! Now I'm 47!! She is every bit as funny now as she was then.

This was a wonderful show... I loved going back in time (some from even before I started listening) and reminiscing with you. I loved hearing the moments when Amanda and Miss Ronnie joined the 'team' and especially loved the interview segments. And you closed with one of my all-time favorite episodes-- the Puerto Rican Rainforest soundscape. I reloaded that one on my iPod and listened again when this one was done. ;-)
