Without some Gay Republicans in the government who would stop the right wing extremist from passing laws? I saw a show about how there were gay republicans involved to stop dumbasses like Bush passing certain laws. I've not heard the whole show yet but I have to chime in and say that Sir Ian McKellan is the most high-profile gay & out working male actor I can think of - Rupert Everett, too, but he's really not very high-profile anymore. I completely agree with Fausto - we need to support actors like Chad Allen or stop bitching about actors being in the closet. Of course, Chad Allen is arguably only an out actor because he was dragged out of the closet by scandal, but that's beside the point:
