Video formats compatible with the iPod are:

H.264 video: up to 768 Kbps, 320x240, 30 frames per sec., Baseline Profile up to Level 1.3 with AAC-LC up to 160 Kbps, 48 Khz, stereo audio in .m4v, .mp4 and .mov file formats
MPEG-4 video: up to 2.5 mbps, 480x480, 30 frames per sec., Simple Profile with AAC-LC up to 160 Kbps, 48 Khz, stereo audio in .m4v, .mp4 and .mov file formats

You can use HandBrake (for example) to convert them. It is really easy and free! Plus you can use it to put your DVDs into digital format.

It's xmas i had a great holiday lot of party and lot of friends,i can't wait till next year am happy they might be sending the boys back home to the usa i ca't wait love boys sorry i have been not posting put i've been some what sad. my doctor told me i had to go for sregery and it would take long time to heal will it ever end but as you know am not one to feel sorry for my self it's a wait of time and energy that i can put some where else like in video cast i like to thank every one for your donation i wonder what mark and fausto are doing problemly have a blast i love to get some em love all vmarr

Wow I watched it today and have to say I was laughing so hard at the beginning and then when ratboy ate the chicken I realize now what my mom felt like when she had her first job plucking chickens. I don't think I can look at chicken ever the same again.
