FOF #177 - Hawaiian Fever - 10.19.05
Vince Mills runs a coffee store in Hawaii called KENA Coffee and faithfully listens to the show every day. Vince is our kind of fan, the kind that likes to send us boxes of delicious coffee, candy, and calendars of hunky Hawaiian men.
When I told Amanda Steinstein that a mysterious box of Hawaiian goodies had arrived in the mail, she stopped working on her powerpoint presentations and immediately rushed over. Both of us SCREAMED with delight at opening all the fun stuff Vince sent to us. Thanks Mr. Mills!

On todays show Amanda has got Hawaiian fever in a BIG way, and won't shut up about her up and coming trip to Honolulu. Also, lots of talk about Ricki Martin, people who shoot arrows at the sun, and futurists who ponder about breast impants that work as iPods.

Serious question to Amanda - are there any issues with scuba diving after SRS? I used to do a lot of scuba diving, and I'd love to start again, once my "hardware upgrade" is finished. Any recommendations on e.g. depth limits? (I only dive on air, so 42 metre maximum - any issues that you're aware of, down to that depth?)

Abrupt ending?? Are you kidding? We dragged that ending out longer than any other ending. Ever. Anyway, thanks for listening to the bitter end.
Koan, you gotta get back in the water. The water loves you. The water doesn't care what is or isn't between your legs. I think if you're all sewn up and not actually leaking any bodily fluids, you should be ready to dive.
I tried to Google "scuba diving transsexual" but came up with some really weird pages.
