Love the show? Then Vote!
It's the beginning of the month, and that means, it's time to vote! We love your letters, comments, suggestions, and thoughts, but we also need your vote to survive. What helps us out the most is you telling a friend about our show and getting them to subscribe via iTunes.
Another important way is to go to the podcast directories, like qpodder.org and podcastalley.com and vote for your fave shows. Your vote counts. So vote baby vote! And write something nice too. The compliments mean so much to me, they are like a virtual tip jar. Just stick your email in the slot below:
All podcastalley.com votes are reset at the beginning of each month. So please take a moment and vote or re-vote for the Feast of Fools! All you have to do is type in your e-mail address in the box below and click the vote button. Your email wont be shared with anyone or be put on any spam lists.
Voting for your favorite podcasts helps them to survive and thrive by help to bring an audience to this exciting, emerging art form. You can also vote for more than just one podcast ya know. And if for some reason you don't want to vote, at least come out of the podcast closet and tell someone you know to listen to the show!

You know..what is the point of voting at Podcast alley anyways. Why are all you podcasters still so hung up on getting votes on that website? With iTunes 4.9, why would you even care who votes at Podcast Alley. I have never understood this.
Why this website? What makes it so special? I never even visit this website anymore since iTunes 4.9 came around.
Fausto...don't get the wrong idea. I still vote for your show and others at Podcast Alley each month (my only visit)...but really why do we? For what purpose are we (the listeners) doing this for anyways?

All you say is true Tigger, the relevance of Podcastalley wanes as other directories take precedence.
But iTunes is just one way to find and subscribe to podcasts. One thing to keep in mind that when Longhorn comes out (now called Vista, and will support RSS into the operating system) the way we bloggers/podcasters/artists find our audience will change again.
For now, podcastalley is still a revelant way for people to find podcasts, and cheering for your team never hurt anyone.
If you love these shows, tell a friend, and vote until your fingers drop! You can also vote for more than just one show a month.
