The only quasi-negative thing that I can say about the show today is this. I've heard from some other people that listened to today's show (of course you know that we talk about this shit at the water cooler) that it came across as just a little bit of an hour long commercial for the website.

Bullshit Mike– we'll talk to anyone about anything they do, all they have to do is ask. In my opinion porn should be free. If you want to pay for it, and oogle at a gay young couple living in Florida, then go right ahead. They make a good living at it, and that should be applauded.

Matt is hot, his website is interesting. We've chatted to lots of other folks about their websites, what makes this one different is that they are selling something that get's you off. BUT Matt is a fan, who listens to the show (not as regularly as i'd like, hee hee) and I like to treat my fans like I treat my "ladies" with lots of love and adoration right back at them.

And you know I love you with all my heart. So why all the negative comments lately (being a hater is my job) Are you in a cranky mood because of your man-o-pause?

Another thought I had was that people probably hate sexual internet sites in general because of spam, and I should have asked him about that.

Spam sucks and if Matt is doing it he should stop it or drop dead. But at least my initial impression is that he seems like a good person who wouldnt do an anti-social activity like that, or hire someone to do spamming for him. I hope.

The only thing I have spammed are message boards.. But the message boards I have spammed are ones that have a section for SPAM.. So I guess you could say it was "ok" and "wanted".. I am like any other person.. I don't like SPAM! Especially E-mail spam! I hate it! So no I don't spam.. I have a yahoo group and I do all my spaming there to the members that have joined LOL :)

I like constructive feedback (i.e. "I want to see you do this, more of that, less of this...") but I also have the right to defend my friends, family and guests from mean comments.

This site is FCC-Free and cuss-world filled. You can say: asshole, pussy, dick, vagina, anus, rape, reganomics, anal-warts, hell, nigger-lover, faggot, lesbo, dyke, trannie-chaser, rice-queen, fattie, tool-belt, queef, feltch, chili-dog, motherfucker, retard, ass-a-roni, newscaster, dutch-oven, splosher, greek-shower, sweedish meatballs, Jesus, fisting, ikea, queer-eye-for-the-straight-guy, shopping, synergy, and bottlenosed dolphin. I would never ban anyone from FOF just becasue they said something I didn't like, was hateful or dumb. I LOVE this kind of stuff! That's why people come here.

I will ban someone who is disruptive and tries to stop a dialouge from happening here. So far nobody's done that, thank Gawd-ess. My only complaint is that people don't post enough comments.

And of course, without the fanatical fandom of guys like Mike, Matt, John M. Hearing THE Judy Garland ranting (several decades before Podcasting) into a tape recorder proves that we are all just amateurs and the REAL divas are all long gone... Except for certain exceptions (you know who they are)...

I know whats happening. You guys are all cranky because you want to hear the John Waters interview and it's not been posted up yet! Well good things come to those who wait.

Who knows? maybe it will get posted over the weekend! Maybe on a Tuesday, maybe not...

Speaking as a fan of the show, don't take our lack of participation in the site personally. You came close to hitting upon the primary reason that I personally don't participate here when you mused that your listeners weren't necessarily near their computers when they listen. In actuality, even when I am listening to your show on my computer I don't think to go to your website since the very nature of podcasting (i.e. rss aggregation) divorces the content from the site.

From my perspective, FoF just shows up on my hard drive when it's ready, I forget sometimes that this site even exists (until the "loveable" blue-hair host bitches about people not participating :-))

JenniCam and Cyberlove were part of an online video service that offerred free video content a few years ago. They were both broadcast from the Washington DC area. Jenni had cameras set up in several rooms of her house, much like the Tampa Boys, and once a week or so she would directly address the "audience" for a half hour or so. Cyberlove was a panel of twenty-somethings who would talk about sex and love once a week. There were ten or so rotating panelists always hosted by Carla Cole. The show was often raunchy, but always light and fun. Terry Crummitt aka SnackBoy was a spin-off of CyberLove, and after he was killed in a car accident, CyberLove kinda went away. I think JenniCam lasted seven years. You can see a "best-of" Snack Boy at www.thesync.com. I wish I could find archives of CyberLove, but the search has been futile.
