She's an annoying '60s country singer, and is the person who sings that "End of the World" song over the video. It was her only big hit.
Didn't the person who sent the video put the music credit on there? Aren't those things labelled? That's dangerous! Supposing it was poison or something. And you ate it. And all because it wasn't labelled!

Oh... the background music. No, its not labeled at all. Actually PBC is a cute and fab fan who I'm getting to know and trust, so I think most of the things she sends me aren't poisonous.
