I'm sorry to hear of your loss, Fausto. My thoughts are with you and Ken.

Fausto,
Hi, my name's Mike Henry. I used to own the Electric Lounge in
Austin and hosted the Poetry Slam. Still do host the Slam every
Wednesday, actually.
Heard the terrible news about Ken. I was thinking there should be some sort of a memorial ... a show of some kind in Ken's memory where people could come and talk about him and his work and perform.
I imagine I'm not the only one thinking this, but I'd like to pitch
in however I can. Was thinking that it would be great to contact any of the old PEACH crew that are still in Austin.
Let me know what you think ...

He's missed out in California too. I met him and worked with him in Chicago. His friends span the US. I'm going to be in San Francisco tomorrow with another friend of Ken's. We're going to do a small video memorial to put online.
Love, Peace and Solidarity.

Email me the link to the video memorial, so that others can see it too! Thanks Kate.

Hello Ken Hunt Friends!
I hosted the Outmusic open mic night in Chicago, IL, for one year, and Ken Hent was always a regular there.
His readings were always riviting, and he was one of the most interesting guys I met through the Outmusic open mic night in Chicago,IL.
I didn't get the chance to know him all that well, and I know now that I have missed out on something very special by not getting to know him better.
I still see him up on the Outmusic stage, so handsome and commanding in the stage lighting, reading his wonderful works. Shy, almost like a little boy up there at times. I hope I helped him to always feel comfortable on stage.
He will be missed, and my heart is heavy with sadness this evening at his passing.
If anyone has any information on Memorial Events in Chicago, IL, please let me know.
May Ken Hunt's Memory Be Eternal!
May peace come to all of Ken's loving friends who greive with me for him this evening.
Hugz,
Ray Musicbear
